Personal: Val is teacher at Zion Luthern School during the day and is sometimes a DJ at bars during the night. Along with fighting, Val competes in running events all year long. Val mostly competes in the 5k and 10k, but runs the occasional marathon as well. Val has coached wrestling for 10 years and cheerleading for 7. Val's other hobbies include cooking, fishing, camping, skiing, and scuba diving. Val currently resides in Mt. Olive, IL with her three kids (9, 15, 17).
